Job Description
This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing both individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and utilizing coding systems like ICD-10 and ICD-9 are essential duties. Monitoring client progress and offering case management to connect individuals with resources are also required.
Candidates must hold valid licenses (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), have experience with substance use disorders, and possess strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and team collaboration is important. Willingness to train provisional licensees is noted.
