What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules
• Manage call-offs, PTO requests, and staffing adjustments
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate scheduling needs clearly with nursing leadership and staff
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports
• Support overall operational efficiency through proactive scheduling practices
