Fully Licensed Clinician Compensation :
- Starting salary : $95,000 - $105,000 / year
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver mental health services through in-home visits, community-based settings, or teletherapyConduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic counselingMaintain detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plansRegularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to service plans as neededCollaborate with a dynamic clinical team to ensure comprehensive careParticipate in case staffing, meetings, and conferences as necessaryProvide support for clients in managing behavioral health servicesConduct intake assessments and offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenUse evidence-based practices to facilitate both group and individual sessionsEnsure compliance with facility and licensing standardsProvide continuous care and support for clientsQualifications :
Fully licensed clinicians : LMFT, LCSW, CMHCCurrent, unrestricted professional license to practice in the State of UtahPrevious experience in mental health therapy is preferredCPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifiedStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectivelyHighly organized with strong time management abilitiesReady to make a difference in your community?
