We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the National Marketing Team for Anywhere Integrated Services, the Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels. This includes managing campaign assets, coordinating with internal and external partners, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for creative design and delivering measurable impact and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, clear and proactive communication, and a high level of organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who actively seeks opportunities to grow and contribute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include : conceptualizing and designing compelling marketing campaigns, implementing campaigns across all marketing channels, monitoring campaign performance using key metrics, coordinating and managing a variety of channels to maximize reach and engagement, collaborating with internal teams, tracking and managing deliverables and requests via vendors, working with local experts to develop and maintain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, and partnering with design resources and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing assets are current, brand compliant, competitive, and accessible.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 24 years of experience in marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with design tools, proficiency in marketing software and tools, and experience leveraging project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is also required.
