Key responsibilities include menu planning, staff supervision and training, inventory and supply management, financial oversight, ensuring strict food safety and sanitation standards, and adapting to resident needs and feedback.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, nutrition, and menu planning.
Leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.
