About This Job
Our mission is to ensure the physical and operational integrity of the regional flood risk management system in southeastern Louisiana as a defense against floods and storm surge from hurricanes. We accomplish this mission by working with local, regional, state, and federal partners to plan, design, construct, operate and maintain projects that will reduce the probability and risk of flooding for the residents and businesses within our jurisdiction. This position provides complex administrative support for the Southeast- Louisiana Flood Protection Authority- East's Human Resources department. The incumbent reports to the Human Resources Director and assists the Director with managing the daily operations of the HR office. This position also supports the work of the (I) HR Supervisor, (1) HR Analyst, (2) HR Specialists, and (1) Training and Development Specialist. Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
