Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Clients, taking full ownership of the customer experience.

Manage complex client servicing needs, including reconciliations, payment applications, invoicing requirements, and end-of-lease processes.

Partner with all levels of client stakeholders—from accounts payable staff to C-suite executives.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify root causes, and develop action plans to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide reporting and analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure contract compliance.

Support rebooking processes, upgrades, buyouts, and equipment removal in accordance with client needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team goals and deliver outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For

Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 1–3 years of customer service, account management, or collections experience.

Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, and intermediate Microsoft Excel / Word proficiency.

Experience with large / complex clients (multi-schedule accounts, government entities) a plus.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service level goals.

Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong time management skills.
