Future Energy is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager that is a results-driven professional responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Reporting directly to the COO, this role requires a self-starter who takes ownership of projects, manages key vendor relationships, and delivers measurable impact on revenue growth. Some key responsibilities for this ON-SITE Michigan role include :
Responsibility #1- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Define target audiences and create buyer personas.
- Set marketing budgets and measure ROI to optimize spend.
Responsibility #2- Brand Management
Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and consistency across all channels.Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials.Efficiently manage the creative support provided by outside marketing agency.Coordinate with social media resource to maintain consistent messaging and execution.Responsibility #3- Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
Plans and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, social media, events, and print.Manages content creation efforts including blogs, videos, advertisements, and sales collateral.Develops and implements lead generation strategies to consistently generate 5 to 10 qualified leads per month.Collaborates closely with the sales team to provide marketing collateral and support pipeline growth.Manages CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns) and other analytics platforms to track leads, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.Designs, Tests and Manages paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.Responsibility #4- Digital Marketing & Analytics
Oversees website performance optimization (SEO, UX, CRO).Tracks and analyzes marketing metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.Responsibility #5- Collaboration & Support; Team & Vendor Management; Professional Development
Works closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts, Product, and HR (supporting HR on internal communications).Leads and coordinates with external vendors, marketing agency, and part-time social media resource to maximize efficiency and impact.Stays current with industry trends and best practices.If you have 5+ yrs of marketing experience with at least 3 yrs focused on demand generation and campaign execution, you may have just found your new career!!
