This position is a vital part of our nursing facility operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and seamless coordination for both staff and residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain organized and confidential resident medical records in PCC.
- Prepare, file, and upload documents into electronic and paper systems.
- Coordinate and maintain the nursing schedule.
- Arrange and confirm resident appointments and transportation rides.
- Support facility departments with clerical and scheduling needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
