Champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement ?? 8+ years of experience in operational leadership (industrial or service-based preferred) ?? Strong financial and strategic thinking ?? Proven team builder and change agent ??? Knowledge of OSHA, safety regulations, and compliance standards ?? Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related (MBA a plus) ??
