About The Position

Must-Have :

1. Experience with clinical procedures such as ablation (cryo and PFA), mapping, and pacemaker insertion.

2. Proficiency in using Philips imaging systems and Abbott Claris equipment.

3. Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.

4. Skilled in patient care procedures and maintaining a sterile environment during operations.

Description :

The Electrophysiology Technician is responsible for assisting in the execution of electrophysiology procedures.

This role requires knowledge of various cardiac procedures and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must have experience in cardiac ablation, mapping, and the operation of electrophysiology lab equipment.

The technician will also need to collaborate with healthcare professionals in providing patient care.

Weekend shifts are not required, and there is no on-call requirement.

The facility typically manages a daily census of 4 patients.

Interdisciplinary support will include various healthcare teams.

The setting involves working with patients across a range of age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

The technician will perform duties in two patient rooms and monitor a designated number of beds.

Candidates should be capable of adhering to isolation precautions and safety protocols.

This position may involve exposure to patients with various cardiac diagnoses.
