Allan Myers is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and eager Bilingual Construction Recruiter to proactively and aggressively source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly craft talent. As a member of this fast-paced team, you will communicate and interact with many people across the company and contribute to meaningful initiatives to find and develop talent for our rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities include sourcing critical craft positions, conducting phone screens for craft candidates, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and participating in job fairs. You will also assist with expediting candidates through the interview process, work with the HR Operations Team to create seamless candidate / new hire transition, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will provide direction and guidance in support of Allan Myers' values and standards and perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources, 2-5 years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, bilingual in Spanish and English, proven ability to work independently and take initiative, experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, ability to learn new technology systems, and experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high level of organization. Ability to effectively communicate to members of leadership team, potential candidates, and Operations team members is also required. Valid Driver's License is required.
