Hair Stylist

The LaBara Salon team consists of licensed professionals dedicated to providing premium salon services in a luxurious salon environment. Each of our stylists are passionate about advancing their technical skills, cultivating business knowledge, and sourcing new inspirations on a daily basis. As a stylist, you will contribute to our salon culture by ensuring guests enjoy their beauty. You will provide premium services to guests, support the salon team, and take pride in the appearance of the salon. In addition, you will become part of a team where you will gain continued education and training to grow and develop at LaBara Salon.

• Must have an active Georgia Cosmetology License with 5+ years of experience behind the chair.

• Must have an existing clientele that can fill 50% of your schedule.

• Must be coachable and have a passion for beauty, people and guest services

• Possess strong interpersonal, oral communication, human relation, and listening skills

• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and absorb information

• Reliable and available to work various schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays

• Must be knowledgeable about salon professional hair care products

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs, and an everchanging salon environment

• Must have a professional image, and outward appearance, beauty is our business!

• Provide outstanding guest services by acting professional and caring.

• Welcome guests into the salon and provide each with an outstanding salon experience

• Engage with guests by providing high-quality services, color, cuts, styling, and treatments

• Demonstrate product knowledge, technical growth and promote solutions to guests

• Support the salon experience through maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas

• Maintain cleanliness of the salon, including but not limited to sanitation practices in place for Covid-19, hair removal, laundry, dishes, inventory, product merchandising, etc.

• Earn commission in a fun and friendly environment
