California Licensed Wage and Hour Attorney

A company is looking for a Wage and Hour Attorney (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Prosecute consumer and employment class and representative actions related to wage-and-hour, unfair business practices, and discrimination

Manage active cases in both state and federal courts throughout California

Engage in civil litigation activities including discovery, motion practice, and depositions

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in the state of residence

1-3 years of experience in civil litigation

Experience with discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances

Prior experience with class actions and wage and hour litigation is a plus

Ideally have FEHA or PAGA experience
