Annual Salary : $125k-$150k (varies depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled podiatrist to join a dynamic healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality care for conditions affecting the feet, ankles, and lower legs. This role involves comprehensive patient management, from diagnosis to treatment, including surgical and non-surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will be committed to continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver empathetic and individualized care, involving patients and their families in treatment decisions.
  • Advocate for patients throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring access to appropriate resources and support.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including coding and billing, within electronic health records (EHR).
  • Apply evidence-based practices to assess and manage a wide range of podiatric conditions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in procedures relevant to podiatric medicine, including surgical and therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings.
  • Engage in ongoing education to stay current with medical advancements and emerging treatment modalities.
  • Reflect on personal clinical performance and seek feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in peer learning and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work effectively within interdisciplinary teams, fostering respectful and productive relationships.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all interactions, including confidentiality and informed consent.
  • Embrace change and innovation in healthcare delivery, contributing to organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Support the mission of the organization through service, education, and community engagement.

Requirements :

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a recognized residency program with board eligibility or certification.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in both clinical office settings and facility-based care.
