Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

A company is looking for a Technical Senior Manager - Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service and support through direct interaction

Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for availability and response

Oversee team performance, career management, and operational excellence through key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

4+ years of systems engineering and architecture experience

3+ years of experience with cloud architecture and operations in AWS

2+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible

BS or above in a related Information Technology field or equivalent experience

Experience managing technical teams of 3-7 individuals
