Job description️ Schedule and confirm patient appointments while ensuring an efficient and productive schedule ️ Greet patients and families with a friendly and welcoming attitude ️ Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient needs ️ Verify insurance information, including handling out-of-network patients, and provide financial breakdowns ️ Collect and process payments, provide financial information, and confidently present treatment plans to maximize case acceptance ️ Maintain a well-organized and efficient front desk environment ️ Assist with social media content and patient engagement initiatives ️ Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience What We’re Looking For : ✅ Experience in a dental or medical office preferred (1-2 years) ✅ Sales experience and confidence in presenting treatment plans and financial options ✅ Experience with out-of-network dental offices and handling insurance reimbursements ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills ✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask ✅ Experience with Open Dental or other dental software is a plus ✅ Comfortable assisting with social media content and patient engagement ✅ Positive and team-focused attitude ✅ Passionate about working with children and creating a fun office environment Why You’ll Love Working With Us : ️ Supportive and energetic team ️ Competitive pay based on experience ️ Growth potential within the practice ️ A fun, engaging, and family-friendly environment where your work makes a difference!
