A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of new client launches and ensure seamless onboarding
Monitor clinical KPIs and manage ongoing client success
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met and aligned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
3+ years of project management or operations experience in a healthcare setting
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with project management tools
Proven ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity
Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders
