We are seeking a Social Media, Influencer & Partnerships Manager to own Herbal Goodness influencer and partnership strategy. This role combines relationship-building with data-driven execution to expand our reach, strengthen brand credibility, and drive sales through authentic voices in wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Herbal Goodness influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and wellness communities.
• Identify, vet, and onboard influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners who align with the brands mission and values.
• Manage contracts, deliverables, and content calendars for influencer collaborations.
• Build strong, long-term advocacy programs with micro- and nano-influencers.
• Track and optimize campaign performance : engagement, reach, referral traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Partner with content, community, and data teams to amplify influencer-generated content across all channels.
• Ensure compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines and regulations governing wellness-related claims.
