Position Summary :
The QVC Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the day-to-day execution of operational tasks within the fulfillment process for QVC wholesale accounts. This role ensures productivity and accuracy across designated areas of responsibility while providing functional direction to the QVC Lead.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : (Additional duties may be assigned)
- Support and guide team members through the pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
- Monitor workflow and delegate assignments to maintain department efficiency and fulfillment timelines
- Assist with movement of merchandise and materials through each area of responsibility
- Ensure internal process standards and client compliance protocols are consistently followed throughout the fulfillment cycle
- Use computers, mobile devices, and manual tracking to document and report order activity and performance data
- Monitor supply and equipment needs and report volumes as necessary
- Promote adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and respectful workplace behavior
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position provides functional guidance to Wholesale Picking & Packing Associates but does not have direct supervisory authority.
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, or related field preferredExperience in a lead or team coordinator role is a plusSpecial Requirements :
Ability to work occasional overtime and weekend work as required to meet business needsAbility to work in an open warehouse environmentLocation : Fulton, NY
