Job description
A company is looking for a Salesforce Development Manager who will oversee the Salesforce development practice and lead a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce developers for high-quality delivery and career growth
Oversee solution design, code quality, and adherence to development best practices
Guide the team in building applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple projects and industries
2+ years in a leadership or people management role
Proven expertise with Salesforce technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience leading DevOps and release management processes
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred
