We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded  Senior Discipline Civil Engineer  with 12 or more years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration.  This position offers the incredible opportunity to have leadership responsibilities and influence on a growing team, with the support of Coffman professionals across the company.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Expected Base Salary : $123,000 to $166,000 based on experience.
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company / team / personal performance
• Hybrid work schedule (subject to change)
• 401k with employer contribution matching

Qualifications

Registration in Oregon and Washington preferred

Managing multiple, concurrent projects

Stormwater experience in Oregon and Western Washington preferred
