Job Summary :
The IT Support Specialist will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing support to the entire organization. Bring passion, innovation and integrity.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assisting office workers with computers locally and remote
- Tracks assets within Asset Tracking system
- Provides computer support on both software and hardware
- Tests of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
- Orients new staff on how to use computer hardware and software
- Maintains excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department
- Documents issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
- Troubleshoots routine problems and maintenance of systems
- Coordinates computer maintenance with other Network Operations staff
- Performs hardware diagnostics and coordinates repairs
- Setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop / notebook hardware and software (Windows 10 &11 and Mac OS)
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2019 and Office O365
- Troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS desktops and notebooks, as well as iOS and Android devices, in a networked environment
- Knowledge of TCP / IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)

Education and Experience :
- 2+ years of experience with helpdesk or customer support
- Associate degree or related experience
