- This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco (4 days onsite, 1 remote).
Responsibilities :
Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, managing daily workflow, prioritizing competing demands, and ensuring smooth operationsMaintain complex and ever-changing calendars, including internal and external meetings, conference calls, and travel coordinationCoordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and meeting logisticsManage incoming communications and phone calls; handle confidential information with discretion and tactPrepare expense reports and track receipts, ensuring timely and accurate submissionReserve and prepare meeting spaces; coordinate with visiting executives and teamsAssist with occasional personal tasks and logistics as needed to support executive productivityCollaborate with a team of Executive Assistants across the global organization to ensure alignment and consistent supportRequirements :
4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a professional services or financial firmStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proven ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and operate with sound judgmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished, professional demeanorAbility to manage projects independently, take initiative, and anticipate needsHigh level of confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detailA collaborative, team-oriented mindset and global outlookSalary Range :
$90,000 – $120,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus and excellent benefits.
