Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via email, phone, and in person; provide a warm, professional front-office experience
- Manage court filings in PA State and Federal Courts
- Maintain detailed documentation, project tracking, and scheduling across multiple attorneys
- Ensure deadlines are met through organized follow-up and proactive calendar management
- Support in legal research, conflict checks, and case preparation
- Uphold strict confidentiality and perform with a sense of urgency
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in respect, accountability, and forward-thinking legal strategy
Requirements
Paralegal Certificate requiredBachelor’s Degree preferred2–4 years of experience minimum, 5–8 years strongly preferredProven knowledge of PA State and Federal Court procedures and e-filing systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with Clio , legal filing systems, or online research platforms a plusBenefits - Vacation, 401k, Health Care, Annual BonusesHours / Schedule - 9 to 5 in office (some flexibility, standard hybrid schedule not available)Dress Code - Professionally casual - neat / relaxed, but respectful
