Project Manager — Nashville, TN
Cypress Tenn Construction is expanding our Nashville operations and seeking a motivated Project Manager to help drive growth and support project execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines business development, estimating, and project management support.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and practical — comfortable building relationships, generating new business, managing existing relationships and assisting with the operational side of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and key industry partners
- Identify and pursue new commercial concrete opportunities in Nashville and surrounding markets
- Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and bid packages
- Support projects in tracking progress, budgets, and client communications
- Collaborate with field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
