Job Title : CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Reefer – Home Weekly

Pay & Benefits :

Average Weekly Pay : $1,700 – $1,900

Average Annual Pay : $90,000+

Yearly Pay Increases : +$0.01 CPM until max of $0.70 CPM

Stop Pay : $40 per stop

Job Description :

We are seeking reliable and experienced CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers to join our team. This position offers consistent freight, weekly home time, and strong earning potential. Drivers will deliver fresh and frozen foods in reefer trailers from Ogden, UT.

Schedule & Workload :

Workdays : Tuesday – Sunday

Start times : 4 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM

Average day : 11–13 hours

Average 5 layovers per week

Account strives to get drivers home for a 34-hour reset weekly, but occasional road resets required

Mix of single and multi-stop deliveries

Preloaded trailers (except backhauls)

Live unloads by customers, average 3-hour unload time

Drivers required to pick up backhauls

Must assist other accounts as needed

Equipment :

Automatic sleeper trucks (single bunk, International models)

Trucks do not include refrigerators, but drivers may bring their own
