As a Business Operations Associate you will report to the Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy to build a world class long-term-care (LTC) pharmacy operation. You will have a pivotal role in executing on key strategic and operational initiatives across the company. You will be largely focused on M&A integrations, operational management, and process design and improvement to advance the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be inspired to roll up their sleeves, is comfortable multi-tasking, and enjoys the challenge of utilizing a broad range of skills in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Support the VP of Business Operations and Strategy in driving key operational initiatives across the business.Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements.Help execute company-directed operational initiatives.Participate in post-close diligence activities for M&A targets.Provide support in sourcing and evaluating business development opportunities.Contribute to process improvement, change management, and organizational effectiveness efforts to advance long-term business goals.Collect and analyze data to support informed business decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams across the organization.Take on new and diverse projects with flexibility as needs arise.Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements :
Minimum of two years experience within the wider healthcare fieldMinimum of two years business, operations, and / or analytics backgroundPharmacy experience preferred but not requiredFlexibility to travel throughout the year based on business needsPositive personality who can work well within a teamAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including intermediate to advanced usage of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, index-match or v / xlookup, if / and logic, filters, conditional formatting)Physical Requirements :
Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time and deskworkMust be able to stand / be on feet if neededAvailable for on-site work and collaboration with other leadership
