POSITION SUMMARY :

Qualities include but are not limited to : Accurate Reading, Writing, and basic math skills. Safe operation of all equipment including but not limited to forklift and overhead crane.

FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION :

• Safely set up and operate a Shear.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and routers.
• Ability to measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure.
• Ability to calculate decimals and fractions figures.
• Ability to stack completed parts properly on blocks or pallets.
• Ability to load and unload raw material via Crane or Forklift
• Have a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability, and responsibility.
• Good attendance.
• Must have the ability to work as a team.
• Organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to ensure proper use of PPE.
• Accrue Shear equipment is use by Arizon Companies
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and have reliable transportation is a must.
• Must be able to bend, twist, push and pull
• Must have a can-do, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive working in a fast-paced team environment
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
