Retirement Services Consultant

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive client service and maintain a detailed understanding of retirement plans and products

Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred

Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred

Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations, and plan documents
