Job description

General Dentist Locum Opportunity - Tucson, AZ Immediate Start!

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS :

  • Start : ASAP - Ongoing
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
  • Hours : 9a-6p
  • Cases : Fillings, crowns, cleanings, exams, extractions
  • Patient mix : 85% Adult / 15% PEDO
  • Avg. pts per day : 15-20
  • EMR : Dexis / E-Chart
  • Credentialing timeframe : 2-3 weeks
  • Travel & Lodging for eligible candidates
  • Malpractice provided

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

  • Active AZ license
  • Active AZ DEA
  • CPR card
