Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Business Partner to clients regarding all strategic talent needs

Manage talent delivery and workforce planning initiatives

Collaborate with various departments to enhance talent acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business and / or Human Resources discipline

5 years of progressive talent and HR practice experience

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification encouraged

Experience in talent delivery and strategic business development

Competence in marketing, critical thinking, and customer service
