Graphic Artist / Designer

Location : On-site | IPGI (Custom Apparel & Product Design)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Salary commensurate with experience

About the Role

IPGI is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Artist / Designer to join our on-site team. This position offers the opportunity to create compelling, high-volume designs for custom apparel and products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and production teams to deliver exceptional work that aligns with client needs and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, creative designs for apparel and custom products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.
• Respond constructively to feedback and revise designs as needed.
• Contribute original ideas and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete two design samples as part of the evaluation process. Finalists will be invited to an on-site interview to discuss their work and approach to design revisions. If selected, you could be joining the team within a week.
