Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates for service work and explain the recommended services.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and provide updates on any delays or additional work needed.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure a smooth service process for customers.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.About Firkins :
