Job descriptionRespond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours. Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism. Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins. Process lease paperwork Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property Collection calls to clients Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Longview, TX property. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a U.S. Employment visa (e.g. H-1B) for this position.

Through our mix of owner-operated and third-party management properties (along with self-storage, residential & commercial subdivision development), we are able to provide both a stable company environment and opportunities for individual growth. In business for over 40 years, we currently manage over 3,500 multifamily units across Texas.
