Colonial Plumbing Heating Air in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring for a full-time Journeyman Plumber to go into our clients' businesses and commercial buildings to install and maintain plumbing, piping, and other equipment. You will work directly with the project manager, job superintendents, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting goals and key performance objectives (KPOs). Your typical schedule is based on project schedules with some overtime and weekends as needed. We pay a competitive wage of $27-$37 / hour . With spiffs and bonuses , our Commercial Journeyman Plumber has an earning potential of $60,000-$80,000 / year ! We also offer amazing perks and benefits , including health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan . We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO (personal time off) after 90 days :

• 40 hours - start through year 3
• 80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
• 120 hours - 7th year through year 19
• 160 hours - 20th year+
