Your new role

This role has focus on companywide success in all preconstruction activities directed for the support of preparation and undertaking for all of our client's preconstruction services. The position is responsible for compiling takeoffs, subcontractor deliverables, assisting in estimating and tab sheet creation.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry (preferably at a Commercial General Contractor)
• Knowledge of Estimating & Takeoff Software
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related experience
• Knowledge of Autodesk Software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
