Job Overview

The role of a Registered Nurse involves delivering high-quality patient care, while demonstrating expertise in the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities :

Adhere to applicable professional competencies and standards of practice, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Provide personalized care, addressing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.

Administer medications and treatments, monitoring side effects and treatment effectiveness.

Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.

Identify learning needs and deliver education to patients, family members, and caregivers, highlighting available resources.

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.

One year of experience in the related nursing specialty is advantageous.

Current RN License in the state of employment or compact is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary at the time of hire.

Perioperative RN Residency or recent experience in an OR / Perioperative Setting is beneficial.

Work Schedule :

Four 10-hour shifts per week.

A full-time position is available.
