Overview

Location : Cypress Assisted Living

Schedule : Friday and Saturday double shifts 6 : 00 AM 10 : 30 PM; Sunday 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM

Position : LPN Charge Nurse

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring LPN Charge Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy
  • Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists and other care team members
  • Deliver medication to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Oversee the care provided to residents, ensuring each individual's needs are met with empathy and professionalism; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

    • Qualifications

  • Current Washington State license RN or LPN
  • Experience in long-term care or nursing homes, or assisted living preferred
  • Strong knowledge of resident rights, safety regulations, and best practices in elder care
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
  • Compassionate and dedicated approach to resident care
