Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

• Build and maintain customer connections throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions based on individual needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collection activities while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and collaborate with other departments through various technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude and an internal drive to succeed.
• Educate customers thoroughly on optional insurance products and ensure they understand their loan terms and options.

Location : On site

The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours needed during the week, including Saturdays.

Target base salary range is $23.00-$25.00, based on various factors such as skills and work experience. This role also includes a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
