Patient Census : 14-16 per day
Physician in Practice : 2; 1 APP
Support Staff : RN & Clinical MAs
Services available onsite :
Lab, X-Ray, Cardiac Rehab, Orthopedics
Endocrinology, Wound Care, & Physical Therapy
EMR : Epic

Requirements :

Active CO license (preferred)

BC / BE (If BE, must be within 0-5 years of residency)

Proof of COVID Vaccination

Minimum 3 yrs. of experience with leadership background is preferred
