• 24-hour call coverage 7+ day stretches required
• 2 - 3 patient encounters per shift 2 admissions average
• 4 phone consults per shift with unassigned patient rounding
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery capabilities required
• Proficiency in robotic surgery and complex urologic procedures
• Experience with renal transplant surgery preferred
• Comprehensive urologic surgery skills including ESWL and prosthetics
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
