Job descriptionBake with Passion : Whip up our famous donuts, bagels, and other baked goods, ensuring each batch is as delicious as the last. Art of Finishing : Masterfully glaze, fill, and decorate our products, making them irresistible to our customers. Quality Control : Ensure all items meet Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards, delivering consistent quality with every bite. Inventory Management : Keep track of baking supplies, ingredients, and ensure the freshness of all products. Cleanliness Champion : Maintain a spotless baking area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Team Player : Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless operation, from baking to the customer’s hand. Customer Engagement : Occasionally interact with customers, offering them the joy of fresh, delightful treats. Effective Communication : Engage positively with fellow team members, fostering a respectful and fair work environment. Responsiveness to Feedback : Embrace guidance and direction, and hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities. Punctuality and Preparedness : Adhere to your schedule, arriving ready and on time for your shift. Guest-First Attitude : Prioritize guest satisfaction, ensuring each experience is highly enjoyable. Problem Solving : Address guest needs and resolve issues promptly and with urgency. Adherence to Standards : Follow Brand standards and systems, delivering top-quality food and beverage. Cleanliness : Keep your workstation and guest areas tidy and comply with cleaning directives. Training Commitment : Complete required training and support in training other team members. Standards and Marketing Implementation : Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively. Recipe and Procedure Adherence : Prepare products following recipes and procedures accurately. Safety and Security Compliance : Follow all cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security procedures. Policy Adherence : Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies. Other duties as assigned A minimum of 16 years old, eager to embark on a baking adventure. Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it fluently. Basic math skills, handy for managing recipes and inventory. A pillar of reliability : Always ready and present, demonstrating your dedication and commitment. Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age-specific requirements may apply).
