Overview
JST is seeking a Manager / Facilitator assist the Leadership Development team. As the Manager / Facilitator, you will develop, facilitate, and manage programs and projects that prepare federal leaders at all levels-from emerging leaders to executives-to build their leadership and management capacity, encourage innovation and improve the overall effectiveness of their agencies.

Manager / Facilitator Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning and execution of federal leadership development programming, for audiences ranging from emerging leaders to senior executives
- Manage and facilitate training programs, seminars, meetings, workshops and problem-solving sessions for federal employees
- Manage projects and programs, including developing strategy, setting goals and objectives, establishing metrics, leading project teams, managing deliverables (including scheduling assignments and reporting on task completion), developing and monitoring budgets and driving results through program implementation
- Create session materials, such as handouts, exercises and tools for use in leadership development training
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, government officials and other experts to ensure the successful design, implementation and continual improvement of leadership development programs
- Build and manage strategic relationships with federal agencies to further JST's long-term impact
- Prepare business development presentations, manage contracts and draft proposals
- Mentor and coach junior staff and interns
- Represent the Partnership at external meetings and events
Manager / Facilitator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional work or military experience (Master's degree a plus)Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting and fiscal managementPrior experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to customize program approaches and contentExperience working in the federal environment and knowledge of federal leadership development needs strongly preferredExperience working or serving in a branch of the US Defense (War) DepartmentExperience designing and facilitating high-quality virtual and in-person programs and / or events preferredExperience with Salesforce for tracking data and growth.Leadership development assessment and / or change management content certifications (e.g., MBTI, FIRO-B, WorkPlace Big 5, Pearman, TKI, CLI-360) a plusCertified as ICF (International Coaching Federation) Coach (ACC or PCC)Manager / Facilitator Key Competencies

This position reports to a company Vice President of Operations and Company CEO / President. This position will directly or indirectly supervise instructors, consultants, and / or administrative support staff.
