Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments (filing, scanning, scheduling).
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and support meeting logistics.
- Assist HR and Accounting with clerical tasks and data entry as requested.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements :
12 years of office or front desk experience.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong communication and multitasking skills.Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
