About the Role :
We're looking for a passionate and experience Service Manager to join our crew of car enthusiasts! If you love working in a laid-back yet efficient environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee operations and constantly work and strive for improvement in work-flow and customer service
- Oversee marketing efforts
- Hire and fire employees as needed
- Manage parts inventory working along with our shop assistant
- Utilize use of our shop software, Shop-Ware
- Work with technicians to create accurate estimates focusing on ordering all the right parts the first time and having accurate labor times
- Strategize business growth and expansion
- Greet customers, write repair orders, answer phones, schedule appointments, create estimates, collect payments, and handle extended warranty claims as needed
