Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four remote accounting professionals

Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline accounting operations

Directly impact operations and reporting to support strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or PE-backed environments

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing remote teams

Strong technical accounting knowledge with an operational mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

CPA preferred but not required
