ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Methods Coordinator is responsible for managing and adjusting inventory associated with sub-contract purchase orders and production processes. This role ensures that materials are accurately received, recorded, and adjusted in the system to maintain inventory accuracy. Additionally, the Coordinator facilitates the smooth flow of materials for sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory adjustments and updates related to sub-contract purchase orders.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to coordinate orders requiring the manufacture of products and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Receive and process purchase orders, verifying details for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory adjustments.
• ERP system (Sage), ensuring that all processes align with system requirements and that data is entered accurately.
• Support the transition to new ERP systems (Epicor) by adapting processes and ensuring system accuracy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
