We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administration Manager to join our Human Resources team in downtown Dallas, Texas. In this Contract-to-Hire position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing comprehensive benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead benefits programs, enhance employee well-being, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. 100% ONSITE 5 days a week in the office in downtown Dallas.

Contract-to-Hire Benefits Administration Manager :

Responsibilities :

The client is seeking a candidate with strong end-to-end leave management experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise managing the entire leave process—from intake and administering decisions to tracking and managing the return-to-work procedures. They are in the process of revamping their leave management system, so it’s critical that candidates have a solid background in this area.

  • Develop, implement, and manage total rewards strategies, including competitive benefits programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, oversee open enrollment processes, and promote wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct workforce analysis to identify talent needs, address skills gaps, and support succession planning efforts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, supervise benefits-related projects, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor and optimize benefits program performance while managing associated costs.
  • Lead and mentor benefits staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate updates and changes to benefits programs effectively to employees and organizational stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee benefits budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience with a focus on benefits administration and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of 457 and 403(b) retirement plans.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR.
  • Proficiency in Workday Benefits Module or similar HRIS systems, along with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience in benefits design, administration, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with competitive benefits packages and HRIS systems.
