Finance Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in managing administrative financial tasks? Our client, is looking for a skilled Finance Administrator to oversee financial processes and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting broader business functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including month-end and year-end reporting.
Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and accounts receivable / payable.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide administrative support.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
